• Closest to the hole on # 10 & 17 
• Payout to all players on winning team – – Raffle after play
• Deli Sandwich Lunch after play (Sandwich selection at Check in)
• Putting Contest
• Signup begin September 2nd,  12:00 pm 2026, through Golf Genius

Rules of Competition

• The two players with the Lowest Index will serve as Captains and pick their Squad by September 10, 2026
• Holes 1-6                Match Play
• Holes 7-12              Alternate Shot
• Holes 13-18            Partner Best Ball

Each “Match” will be worth three points, one point for each format .

• Teams limited to 24 players (48 total players – and we must have equal foursomes). Anyone above the 48 signed up players will be on the “wait” list.
• Captains will determine their pairings

The “Universe” wear Crazy Mismatching gear! If you feel like it…

Match Play Scoring: Standard Match Play scoring with low net for six holes. The low net score of the hole wins the hole. The leader after six holes wins the point. A tie gives each team a half point.

Alternate Shot Scoring: Each team alternates shots between its two players. The lowest team scores after six holes wins the point. A tie gives each team a half point

Partner Best Ball Scoring: Each player plays their own ball throughout the six holes. The lowest team score of one best net after six holes wins the point. A tie gives each team a half point

• Summer Rules and play from the white tee discs
• If in doubt of a rule, a player may, without penalty, play a second ball. He must announce his intention, record both scores, then check with the pro shop after the round to determine scoring
• Ties will be broken by the pro shop
• Return signed and attested scorecards (scorecards must match) to the pro shop immediately following play please!
